Our street is considered a desirable location in the neighborhood. Residents who live on Clubhouse Drive (the bottom of the hill) are a bit isolated in the community. Streets on the right and left as you come up the hill toward Lower Commons are in a similar situation. Turn right or left out of our street and you can traverse a nice loop that is enjoyed by joggers, parents strolling their children, and dog walkers. Interestingly, for a 400-unit development, it stays very quiet and peaceful. We are an easy, traffic-free commute to I-84 and are easily accessible from Exits 14 and 15. When coming westbound, you can take advantage of exit 17 which takes you through lovely back roads that pass by Lake Quassapaug and onto Rt. 6.
